Frequently asked questions

Can I have arrangements shipped?


Yes and no. Due to the aliveness of our plants, shipping during certain times of the year-such as frozen winters and lava hot summers- can be tricky. We make this call on a case by case basis, so it never hurts to ask!




Do you deliver?


Sure do! We offer local delivery to the upper Keys (Key Largo, Tavernier, and Islamorada) If you really need some flowers - we all have those days, let's be honest- we can typically accommodate orders to the lower keys. Delivery fees vary depending on location.




Can you make something I found on Pinterest or Insta?


Eh...this one's tricky. Yes, We will happily use your Pinspiration to create a design in the same mood as what you submit, but we will not replicate another artists' work. It's art baby! Trust the process.




How soon should I place my order?


Event orders are typically started months in advance, with a final order being placed a couple of weeks out from your event date. The more time I have to get to know your personal style and vision, the better! Orchid arrangements placed before noon during the week can typically be fulfilled the next day. Members of our orchid club will automatically have fresh arrangements delivered on an agreed upon date every month, so no order is needed after the initial registration process. Fresh flower orders need to be placed at least 48 hours in advance in order to have the freshest product.
